Operator : Good morning, this is Santika Hotel in Bandung. How may I help you?

Selamat pagi, ini Hotel Santika di Bandung. Apa yang bisa saya bantu?

Customer : Good morning, I would like to book a room, please.
Selamat pagi, saya ingin memesan kamar.

Operator : Certainly ma’am. How many people is the booking for?

Tentu Bu.

Untuk berapa banyak orang yang memesan?

Customer  : One person, please. It’s for me, so I’d need a single room.

Satu orang. Ini untuk saya, jadi saya hanya perlu satu kamar.

Operator : What date you will be arriving?

Tanggal berapa Anda akan tiba?

Customer  : I will be arriving on Saturday 5th December.

Saya akan tiba pada hari Sabtu tanggal 5 Desember.

Operator : Ok, and when will you be leaving?

Oke, dan kapan Anda akan pergi?

Customer  : I’ll be leaving on the next day itself.

Saya akan pergi keesokan harinya.

Operator : Ok, it would be on Sunday 6^th December, then.

Oke, kalau begitu hari Minggu 6 Desember.

Customer  : Yes, how much would that be?

Ya, berapa jadinya?

Operator : For weekend rate, that would be Rp. 250.000 per day.

Untuk tarif akhir pekan, Rp. 250.000 per hari.

Customer  : Alright, does that include breakfast?

Baiklah, apa sudah termasuk sarapan?

Operator : Oh yes, absolutely. The price includes breakfast.

Oh ya, tentu saja. Harga sudah termasuk sarapan.

Customer  : Ok, that’s wonderful. And what facilities does the hotel provide? 

Oke, baguslah. Dan fasilitas apa saja  yang disediakan hotel?

Operator : We have restaurant, swimming pool and free WIFI internet access in every room you’d book at no extra charge.

Customer  : Nice! That would be very useful.

Customer  : One last thing, when is the check-in and check-out time?

Operator : Well, for check-in is after 1 p.m and check-out should be before 12 noon.
